The Seoul Skin Edit is operated by Ttulsora Studio (뿔소라스튜디오, a Korean corporation). For privacy inquiries, contact: privacy@theseoulskinedit.com.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data when you submit a consultation or contact form:

• Name and email address
• Nationality and planned travel dates to Korea
• Treatments you are considering and approximate budget
• Any additional information you provide in the message field
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via Google Analytics 4)

We do not collect payment information. We do not use cookies beyond analytics.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

• Consultation requests: to review your inquiry and respond personally (legitimate interest / performance of a service you requested).
• Newsletter subscriptions: to send editorial updates you opted into (consent).
• Analytics: to understand site usage and improve content (legitimate interest).

4. Cross-Border Data Transfer

Your data is processed using third-party services based outside Korea. By submitting any form on this site, you consent to your personal data being transferred to:

• Notion Labs, Inc. (United States) — stores consultation form responses as a CRM database. Notion is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Resend, Inc. (United States) — delivers email notifications and manages newsletter subscribers.
• Google LLC (United States) — analytics via Google Analytics 4. Data is anonymized where possible.
• Vercel, Inc. (United States) — website hosting. Form submissions pass through Vercel infrastructure.

5. Data Retention

Consultation request data is retained for up to 3 years for service delivery and legal compliance purposes, then deleted. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows Google's default retention settings (14 months).

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing.

• GDPR (EU/EEA): rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and restriction. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
• CCPA (California): right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
• Korean PIPA: rights to access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing.

7. Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to measure site traffic. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. You can disable Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted. Material changes will be communicated via notice on this page.
